01Who we are

HR-Analytics.vn ("we", "us") provides People Planning & Analytics solutions built on Power BI. We decide how and why the personal data described here is processed.

02What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect:

• Your full name, job title, and company.
• Your work email and, if you choose to share it, your phone number.
• The topics you would like to see and any priorities you write in the form.
• Basic technical data sent with the form - your browser type and a one-way hashed form of your IP address - used only to prevent spam and abuse.

03How we use it

• To contact you about your request and schedule a demo session.
• To prepare a demo that reflects the needs you described.
• To keep a record of our communication with you.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising. We will not add you to marketing emails unless you separately agree.

04Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website - for example which pages and features are viewed, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser for this purpose. We do not send the contents of the demo form to Google Analytics.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). The website keeps working without these cookies.

05Legal basis

We process form data based on the consent you give when you submit the form, and website usage data based on your continued use of the site. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.

06Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored in a Microsoft Azure database in the Southeast Asia region (Singapore), and a notification is sent to our team through Microsoft 365. Microsoft acts as our service provider under its data protection terms. Because these servers are located outside Vietnam, submitting the form means your data is transferred abroad for the purposes described in this policy.

07How long we keep it

We keep your request for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete it, unless a longer period is required by law or you become a customer.

08Your rights

You have the right to:

• Know what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Ask us to delete your data or restrict how we use it.
• Withdraw your consent or object to processing.
• Lodge a complaint with the competent authority in Vietnam.

09How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the team members who handle demo requests, and the form is protected against automated abuse.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
