1. Services
HR-Analytics.vn provides HR data analytics consulting services including Power BI dashboard development, workforce cost analysis, turnover analytics, and HR data readiness assessments. All engagements are project-based with agreed scope, timeline, and deliverables documented prior to commencement.
2. Engagement Terms
Each project begins with a free consultation to define scope and requirements. A written proposal outlining deliverables, timeline, and pricing is provided before work begins. Engagements commence upon written agreement and receipt of any agreed deposit where applicable.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete HR data required for the engagement. Clients retain full ownership of their data at all times. We handle client data with strict confidentiality and do not share it with any third parties.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own all dashboard files, reports, and deliverables produced during the engagement. HR-Analytics.vn retains the right to reference the engagement type (not client data) in general portfolio descriptions unless confidentiality is specifically agreed.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our services provide analytical dashboards and insights to support decision-making. HR-Analytics.vn is not liable for business decisions made based on dashboard outputs. Dashboards are built on data provided by the client — accuracy of outputs depends on accuracy of inputs.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Vietnamese law in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
